The applicant seeks a Certificate of Appropriateness for modifications to application 12-001-H, reviewed and denied by HARB on 1/25/12, and reviewed by Borough Council on 2/14/12 and remanded back to HARB for further review.  The proposed door has been installed and the applicant is proposing a storm door to be installed.  Information relative to this modification will be distributed at the meeting.
